Commitment #1:
reduce our environmental impact
From Banook’s offices to the entire world, we reduce our carbon impact by limiting and recycling waste. We mutualize material shipments and give a second life to our equipment by making donations to associations in need.
Commitment #2:
provide good working conditions
The well-being of our team is essential to maintaining the quality of our work. By giving a voice to our employees, we constantly act to ensure their physical and mental safety while maintaining a healthy and inspiring work environment. Diversity and equality within our team are fundamental principles seen as true wealth, also through our capacity building initiatives.

We support local associations by involving our employees in various events such as recycling, blood donation, toy donations for children, and other actions according to local opportunities.

support medical research
Through our partnerships with non-profit organizations such as Institut Gustave Roussy (France), Drugs for Neglected Diseases initiative – DNDi (Switzerland), and the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, we support medical research through various types of donations including financial, devices or know-how.

Our international presence requires us to take anti-corruption measures and prevent conflicts of interest between our experts. We also pay special attention to child labor and systematically evaluate our partners and experts on their policies and practices.
