The Project Manager coordinates the activities of all relevant stake-holders, including readers and other support personnel (technicians, data and device managers), and work closely with you to ensure a smooth and efficient execution of your project from start to completion.

The Project Manager establishes a communication plan with your team from the very start to make sure all participating personnel remain aware of key milestones, deliverables and progress – and any issues affecting those activities- during the course of the program.
